How to create your first personal finance plan

During the past few years, I read hundreds of articles and dozens of books on personal finance. For my own benefit, I summarized my learnings in a short and crisp word document and shared it with some friends to get their opinion on my summary. After reading my notes, they recommended me to polish them and publish them as an e-book so that a wider audience can benefit from them.
